Within the corporate centre the following management functions are centralized: financial and IT management, strategic planning, investments management, M&A, HR management, PR and corporate communications management, administration and business security, legal issues management.
Divisions perform strategic and operational management of Group’s assets delivering on most efficient inter-industry synergies.
Assets are independent legal entities exercising all the functions inherent to industrial enterprises development of which is provided for in the framework of balanced Group strategy.
