The industrial-financial company “Prometey” is one of the most influential operators on the domestic ferrous scrap market of Ukraine and the largest supplier of steel scrap for steelmaking companies.
Prometey cooperates with over 160 firms performing the collection, processing and shipment of the scrap in most regions of Ukraine.
The company employs about 100 people.
Historical reference
Prometey was established in 1997. In two years the company had expanded vigorously and took significant positions not only on the markets of scrap consuming regions of Ukraine but also in the scrap forming regions of the country.
Since 2004 the company has been ranked the first among scrap operating firms in Ukraine.
