Ingulets mining and processing integrated plant (Inguletskiy GOK) utilizes the most advanced technologies of floatation beneficiation of iron ore which are unique to the Ukrainian industry.
The company specializes in iron ore mining and production of iron ore concentrate sourcing the raw materials from Ingulets deposit of ferruginous quartzite situated in the southern part of Krivoy Rog iron ore basin.
Inguletskiy GOK produces two types of iron ore magnetite sintering concentrate with Fe content of 63.7% and 67.5%.
The company has the Quality management system (QMS) certified in 2004 by BUREAU VERITAS Certification as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 standard.
During 2004-2007 the QMS functioning was improved according to the provisions of ISO 9004 international standard and major concepts of Total Quality Management.
Labour safety and health protection issues are of a great concern of the company. In 2005 the labour safety and health protection management system of Inguletskiy GOK was certified as compliant with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:1999.
The company also has the Environmental protection management system approved by ISO-14001-2004.
Starting 2008 the company will be integrating the management systems in quality (ISO 9001), environmental protection (ISO 14001), labour safety (OHSAS 18001) and social responsibility (SA 8000) into a uniform corporate management system.

Inguletskiy GOK was established in 1965 starting with the designed capacity of 7.2 mmtpy or raw iron ore and 3.05 mmtpy of Fe 64.4% iron ore concentrate.
Production capacity
Actual annual production capacity amounts to 14 Mt of iron ore concentrate.
