We conceive the quality of our products as one of the keystones of our strategic objective and an important prerequisite for the Metinvest Group to develop successfully and sustainably.
In this regard we have been developing, implementing and constantly improving our quality management systems introduced Group-wide taking into account up-to-date best practices in the field and ISO 9001 requirements.
Severniy and Centralniy GOKs
The ISO 9001 Quality management systems are introduced at both enterprises.
Iron ore and sintering concentrate processed from magnetite quartzit at Severniy GOK and Centralniy GOK is produced according to the requirements of TU U 13.1–00191023–001-2002 and TU U 13.1–00190977–003-2002.
Quality of pellets the companies manufacture conforms to the following national standards: non-fluxed iron ore pellets — TU U 13.1–00191023–003:2005 and TU U 13.1–00190971–001-2002; fluxed iron ore pellets – TU U 13.1–00191023–002-2002; аluxed magnesia iron ore pellets — TU U 13.1–00190977–002-2002.
Inguletskiy GOK
The Quality management system introduced at the company is certified by BUREAU VERITAS Certification as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 international standard.
Dokuhcayevsk flux and dolomite plant and Novotroitskoye
The quality of fluxes and dolomites produced by these companies complies with the requirements of Ukrainian standards and industrial regulations. The Quality management systems introduced at Dokuchayevsk flux and dolomite plant and Novotroitsk mining company are undergoing the certification procedure to be proven conforming to ISO 9001 requirements.
Kryvbassvzryvprom
Explosives produced by the company are certified by UkrSEPRO to the requirements of Ukrainian industrial standards.
The ISO 9001 Quality management system is being introduced at the company.
KCZR (KZGO)
The Quality management system is certified as complying with EN ISO 9001:2000 in the area of R&D and production of spare parts for mining and metallurgical equipment.
